PROFESSIONAL EXHIBITION for CCC2017 Tokaj, Hungary

Announcement (general information)
Companies, organisations and individuals are cordially invited to exhibit/advertise themselves throughout the period of the CCC2017 Congress at its venue. For the exhibitors the organizers ensure exhibition areas.

The Exhibition is organised in a very favourable place for the exhibitors, since it is just next to the Poster Session incorporating the coffee break area on the first floor.

Exhibitors will automatically be entitled to delegate one person free of charge for the registration including the Congress Dinner. Please send your registration form as an Exhibitor.

The net rental fee of the areas is shown on the linked sketch as the availability also. Please turn back from time to time, since the sketch will be refreshed as booking is proceeding. Please also do not forget that the given rental fee does not incorporate VAT of 27%.

The following facilities are included in the rental fee:

• the Exhibitors will be announced in the Congress Programme,
• each Exhibitor receives an area of about 2,5 m wide and about 2 m deep,
• a table (about 160x45cm, 76cm high),
• 2 chairs,
• daily vacuum cleaning of the exhibition area,
• advertising displays, etc. may only be placed on or behind the table, provided that all escape routes remain clear and the predetermined passage widths are maintained. The position of the table for this purpose may not be changed. The setting up of folding systems, displays, counters, literature stands, etc. as well as the distribution of advertising material outside of its own exhibition space are not allowe.

The time period for which the booths are handed over to the exhibitors:
The exhibition area will be available to the exhibitors between 17:00 on the 30 August 2017 (Wednesday) and 14:00 on the 1 September 2017.

Withdrawal of registration for an Exhibition area is possible. Unfortunately the withdrawal before 20 June 2017 draws a 30%, between 20 June 2017 and 30 July 2017 draws a 75% and after 30 July 2017 draws a 100% of the rental fee.
